- Purpose: This information is collected for the purpose of mandatory reporting to the municipality for the calculation of tourist tax.

- Nationality, Length of Stay:

- Purpose: This information is collected for the purpose of mandatory reporting to the statistical bureau for creating daily, monthly, and yearly statistical reports.

- Email Address:

- Purpose: Your email address is collected for the purpose of sending invoices and relevant communication.

Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously. All personal information collected is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of your data.

Data Retention

According to regulations, we are required to erase guest data from the guest book for guests whose departure occurred between January 1st and December 31st of the previous year. This means that we must retain, for example, the guest book from 2021 until December 31st, 2022, and the guest book from 2022 until December 31st, 2023.

Record of Data Destruction or Erasure from the Guest Book

We create a record of the deletion of data from the electronic guest book and retain it for five years. The mandatory components of the record are:

- Date of data deletion

- Name of the establishment

- Identification number of the establishment from the register of accommodation facilities - Information on which consecutive guest entries in the guest book were deleted

- Signature
